GENERAL FESTIVAL INFORMATION
Q: WHEN AND WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL?
A: The Nashvillage Holiday Market is located at Walk of Fame Park in Downtown Nashville.
Thursday, December 4th, 4-10pm
Friday, December 5th, 4-10pm
Saturday, December 6th, 11am-10pm
Sunday, December 7th, 11am-7pm
Q: IS THE FESTIVAL FREE?
A: Yes, the festival is free to attend. The Holiday Cocktail Bash is a ticketed event within the free festival on Friday, December 5th.
Q: HOW DO I GET TO THE FESTIVAL?
A: Use this address for your GPS: 121 4th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37201
Q: WHERE CAN I PARK?
A: Parking can be found on the streets surrounding the festival. Please follow posted signs and be courteous to our neighbors when parking.
Q: CAN I USE A RIDESHARE TO GET TO AND FROM THE FESTIVAL?
A: Yes! We highly recommend using a rideshare to get to and from the festival since parking can be difficult.
Q: IS THIS A FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT?
A: Yes, this is a family friendly event and all are welcome to attend. Kids and youth activities will be available onsite.
ONSITE POLICIES
Q: CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK?
A: No. Outside food and drink, as well as items such as coolers or grills, are prohibited. Unopened or empty refillable water bottles are allowed. Please see the full list of prohibited items before arriving and be aware that all bags will be subject to search upon entry.
Q: WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
A: There will be a commemorative mug available for purchase at the event.
Q: WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?
A: Portable toilets will be located within the festival grounds. Hand sanitization centers will be located inside each restroom. Handicap restrooms will be available, and all restrooms will be monitored.
Q: WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINKS AVAILABLE?
A: Yes, there will be food vendors and the bars will be selling water, soda, and alcoholic beverages.
Q: WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?
A: Bags and backpacks are allowed and will be subject to search upon entry. Please review the full list of prohibited items before arriving for a stress-free entry.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
A: This festival is rain or shine. Any postponement or cancellation due to severe weather will be communicated via social media and email as necessary.
Q: CAN I BRING MY PET?
A: We love pets. Friendly, leashed pets are welcome. Please be mindful of the weather when determining whether you should bring your pet to the event. Additionally, we ask that you clean up after your pet when nature calls.
Q: CAN I SMOKE IN THE EVENT?
A: No. Smoking is not allowed at any event as it may disturb others in attendance.
SECURITY MEASURES
The Nashvillage Holiday Market works closely with local authorities to ensure the safest possible experience. You’ll notice uniformed security throughout the event. They’re there to keep you safe, so don’t hesitate to ask them for help if you need immediate assistance.

Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be held for later pickup.
REMEMBER: You’re the eyes and ears of the festival. If you see something suspicious, say something.
HOW TO GET HELP
If you find yourself needing help while at the Nashvillage Holiday Market, here are some places that can assist you:
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:
If you or a friend need emergency assistance at the festival or if you see someone who looks like they need help, look for any festival staff members or anyone with a radio to assist you. Staff will call 911 in the event of an emergency.
FIRST AID + QUESTIONS + LOST AND FOUND:
A first aid kit will be available onsite.
If you have any questions, find a staff member or anyone with an event radio, we’d be happy to help you to the best of our ability.
Lost and found items should be brought to the stage. We hold items for 14 days after the event. Contact us at hello@goodneighborfestivals.com.
TICKET INFORMATION
The Nashvillage Holiday Market is a free event and no ticket is required to attend the festival.
There is a ticketed event associated with the Nashvillage Holiday Market that does require a paid ticket- Holiday Cocktail Bash on Friday, December 5th from 6-9 PM. The information below applies to this event.
Q: IF I DON’T PURCHASE A TICKET ONLINE, CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE EVENT?
A: We encourage purchasing tickets prior to the event. However, tickets will be sold at the event if available.
Q: CAN I GET A REFUND?
A: All sales are final and there will be no refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee through the ticketing website or app.
Q: HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?
A: Please present your ticket at the check in for contact-free scanning. You may print your tickets out at home before the event or they can be scanned directly from your smartphone at the event.
Q: WHAT IF I CAN’T USE MY TICKET?
A: All sales are final and there will be no refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee through the ticketing website or App.

The following items are allowed at this event:
- Unopened or empty refillable water bottles 
- Lawn chairs and blankets 
- Bags and backpacks are allowed and will be subject to search upon entry 
The following items and activities are prohibited at this event:
- Advertising, selling, or promoting any third party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items) 
- Amplified sound systems 
- Disorderly conduct 
- Fireworks 
- Generators 
- Grills or fryers 
- Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind 
- Outside alcoholic beverages 
- Outside food 
- Coolers 
- Laser pointers 
- Littering 
- Noisemakers 
- Tents, stand umbrellas, and tarps 
- Use of drones 
- Weapons of any kind 
- Scooters/Bikes
