Thursday, December 3rd, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Friday, December 4th, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday, December 5th, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Sunday, December 6th, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend Two:
Thursday, December 10th, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Friday, December 11th, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday, December 12th, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Sunday, December 13th, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Vendor Space Fees:
One Weekend Booth $750 - You can select your weekend of choice in the application
Double Weekend Booth $1,300
Food Vendors are not eligible for this application.
Vendor spaces will be set up outdoors, and the event will operate like a traditional festival. As a vendor, you are responsible for staffing, decorations, wifi hotspots (if needed), and handling transactions.
Vendor Fee Includes:
2 tickets for the Holiday Cocktail Bash ($100 value)
10' x 10' tent with walls
1 six-foot table
Power supply
Lighting
Event signage
Your logo featured on the event website with a link to your website

Vendor Payment Due - If accepted the card on file will be charged at a later date. *Payment plans are available.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This application is not for local businesses. Nashvillage Holiday Market is devoted to maintaining a creatively driven vendor marketplace. Therefore, we limit the number of promotional spaces at the event. Local businesses who intend to use space at the event for promotional purposes can be a part of Nashvillage Holiday Market through sponsorship of the event. Please reach out to christian@goodneighborfestivals.com if you are interested in sponsoring this event.
An artist is considered someone who personally handcrafts the items they will offer at the event. Booth space at Nashvillage Holiday Market is reserved for local artists, crafters, and sponsors.
Upon acceptance, vendors will be required to submit a COI listing the following groups as additionally insured:
